Located in a quiet town. Onsen was great. Typical Japanese style room. Breakfast and dinner included were ok. Not accessible unless you drive. There is no elevator to the rooms on the upper floors. We had to lug our luggages to the rooms
Overall it was comfortable and had a pleasant experience.
Kudos to the reception person - spoke good English, and returned my mobile phone to me that I left on the reception counter.

現實與預定時的風景照片相差甚遠。。 原來是看中這酒店窗外風景優美，不料酒店位置偏僻 駕車要經過十幾分鐘漆黑的山路才能到達。到酒店時 已經晚上11時，酒店服務員安排房間 怎想到安排在2樓的房間 沒有電梯，要我們自行把2個沉重的行李箱和2個旅行袋搬上樓梯。幾經辛苦進了房間打算欣賞一下窗外風景， 竟然不是預定時的山水風景， 而是一棵樹身和隔離大廈的外牆身，什麼風景都沒有。天呀 ... 我們千身萬苦跑到這偏僻的地方為什麼呢？ 心裡有萬分不滿後 再發現 原來我房間裡面沒有浴室的，在Trip 預訂時 從來沒有提及 沒有浴室這回事。我終於忍無可忍 把所有行李再搬回大堂 要求換房，最終換了有電梯的主樓還帶有浴室和優美風景的房間，我看到主樓我的樓層 整層只有我一房住客 明明有這些房型空缺 為什麼要折磨客人呢？ 氣壞😡😡
